Win a $1000 Salty Aura Voucher T&Cs
Promoter, Prize and Eligibility
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, "the Promoter" refers to Salty Aura, Australia. The "Prize" refers to one (1) x $1,000 AUD Salty Aura voucher to be used online at saltyaura.com.au. The total prize pool is $1,000 AUD. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Entrants must be residents of Australia and eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

The following persons are not eligible to enter: employees, directors and officers of the Promoter; the immediate family members of those persons; and the employees, directors, officers and contractors of any agency, supplier or third party associated with the planning, delivery or administration of this competition. For these purposes, an immediate family member means a spouse, de facto partner, parent, step-parent, child, step-child or sibling, whether natural or by adoption.
How to enter
The competition opens at 10 October 2026, 11am AEDT and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on 10 November (the "Promotional Period"). Entries received outside the Promotional Period will not be accepted.

To enter, each entrant must complete the official competition entry form during the Promotional Period and submit all details marked as required. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted; where the Promoter identifies multiple entries from the same person, only the first valid entry received will be retained and all subsequent entries will be discarded. No purchase is necessary and entrants will not be required to pay to enter.

The Promoter will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Subject to the Liability section below, the Promoter takes no responsibility for entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid.

Draw and claiming the Prize
The draw will take place at Salty Aura HQ at 10am AEDT on 11 November 2026, following the close of the competition. The draw will not take place publicly. One (1) winning entrant will be selected at random and will receive the Prize.

The winner will be notified by email within five (5) business days of the draw, sent to the email address supplied by the entrant on the official competition entry form.
The Promoter operates one official account for the purposes of this competition. The winner will only ever be contacted from hello@saltyaura.com and via the Promoter's official Instagram account, @salty.aura. The Promoter will never request payment, banking details or payment card details in connection with claiming the Prize.

The winner must claim the Prize by responding via email to the notification within five (5) business days of the date the notification is sent. Where the Prize is not claimed within that period, the Promoter may disqualify that winner and conduct a redraw. Any redraw will take place within ten (10) business days of the original draw, at the location specified above, and the redrawn winner will be notified and must claim on the same terms. Any Prize remaining unclaimed thirty (30) days after the original draw will be forfeited, subject to any direction of a relevant regulatory authority.
Where requested by the Promoter, the winner must provide their full name, email address and contact details for the purpose of prize fulfilment.
Prize conditions
The Prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash in whole or in part. The voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and must be redeemed at saltyaura.com.au before expiry. The voucher may be used across multiple orders and may be applied to sale or discounted items.
Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it for a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of a relevant regulatory authority.
Privacy, marketing and publicity
The Promoter collects the personal information provided by entrants on the official competition entry form for the purposes of conducting the competition, identifying and notifying the winner, fulfilling the Prize, and, where the entrant has consented, sending marketing communications. The Promoter handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and its Privacy Policy, available at https://saltyaura.com/pages/terms-of-service, which sets out how an entrant may access or correct their personal information and how to make a privacy complaint.

The entry form includes a separate, clearly identified and optional consent by which an entrant may agree to receive marketing communications from the Promoter by email and, where a mobile number is provided, by SMS. That consent is not pre-selected and is not a condition of entry; an entrant who does not provide it is entitled to enter the competition and to win on the same terms as any other entrant.
Where an entrant provides that consent, the Promoter may send marketing communications about its products, promotions, events and services.

Every such communication will identify the Promoter and include a functional unsubscribe facility. An entrant may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any communication or by contacting the Promoter at hello@saltyaura.com, and the Promoter will action the request within five (5) business days.
The Promoter may disclose personal information to its service providers for the purposes described above, including its email marketing platform, its eCommerce platform and its analytics providers, some of whom may store personal information outside Australia. The Promoter will not sell entrants' personal information.

By entering, each entrant consents to the Promoter publishing their first name, the initial of their surname, and their state or territory of residence on the Promoter's website and social media channels for the purpose of announcing the result of the competition. The Promoter will seek the winner's separate written consent before publishing any further personal information, image, likeness or statement.

Liability, changes and governing law
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
Subject to the paragraph above, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and its associated agencies and companies exclude all liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense, including indirect or consequential loss, suffered or incurred in connection with this competition or the acceptance, use or enjoyment of the Prize. Subject to the same paragraph, and to the extent permitted by law, the Promoter's total liability in connection with this competition is limited to the value of the Prize.

Where circumstances arise beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, including technical failure, force majeure, fraudulent interference with the entry mechanism, or the direction of a relevant regulatory authority, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part. The Promoter will give notice of any such action on its website and, where practicable, by email to affected entrants. Any such action is subject to any applicable law and to any written direction of a relevant regulatory authority.

The Promoter may conduct joint promotions with third-party partners. Where applicable, entrants should refer to the relevant partner terms.
Instagram and Facebook are not in any way affiliated with, or involved in, this competition. By entering this competition, entrants release Instagram and Facebook from all responsibility in connection with the competition and agree to their respective Terms of Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of SA, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of SA and the courts competent to hear appeals from those courts.
